"Comment moderation feels fair and quick"
I’m on The Guardian most days, usually while having coffee or pretending I’m just checking one article, and the comment moderation has been solid in my experience.
A couple of my comments have gone into review and then showed up fine, so it didn’t feel like they just disappeared into a black hole. And when comments do get removed, it usually seems reasonable enough, which helps keep the threads from turning into total chaos.

It’s not perfect every single time, because what is, but compared with a lot of other news sites, it feels much more balanced. You get the sense there are actual people paying attention, not just some random auto-filter making weird calls

"Still my go-to, even with the ads"
I've been reading The Guardian for a while now, usually in the mornings or when I have a few minutes during the day. I like the articles and still come back to the site regularly, but over the past few months I've noticed the ads popping up a bit more and sometimes getting in the way. It's not bad enough to make me stop using it, just a little annoying now and then

"Got help quickly"
I reached out and they got back to me in what felt like a short time, maybe just a little while. They helped sort things out without much hassle, so I appreciated it.

"Thoughtful comments when I’m in the mood to read"
I end up reading The Guardian for the comments as much as the articles, especially when I’m in that curious, slow-scroll mood. People definitely don’t always agree, but the conversations usually feel fairly sharp and considered instead of just loud arguing. It has a bit of a real community feel, which is kind of refreshing online these days.

"Fast pages, even on weak Wi-Fi"
I’ve been really happy with how quickly pages load, even when my Wi-Fi isn’t great. It saves me time and makes it much easier to get things done without waiting around...

"Pretty trustworthy for news, in my experience"
I’ve been following them for a while now, maybe since last year, or it might’ve been the year before, and I usually feel like they’re reliable. They’re not perfect every single time, but overall I tend to trust what they report.

"Pretty easy to use, honestly"
I use theguardian.com most mornings, and I have to admit it’s easy to get around. The pages load quickly for me, the sections are simple enough to find, and reading on my phone works fine. I wouldn’t say I’m blown away or anything, but I don’t really have any big complaints.

"Privacy settings are fine, I guess"
The privacy settings were easy enough to figure out, which is a relief because I’m tired of apps making this stuff way harder than it needs to be. I still don’t love having to dig through menus just to feel okay about my data, but overall it feels manageable.

"Seems balanced, at least to me"
I’m not totally sure I’d call myself an expert on politics or anything, but this felt fair overall. It was easy to read, and I didn’t feel like it was pushing too hard in one direction.

"Part of my morning news routine now"
I started reading theguardian.com mainly to keep up with what’s happening around the world, and it’s become something I check almost every morning with my coffee. What I like is that they cover stories from a lot of different countries, not just the same few headlines everyone else is talking about. The articles are usually easy to follow, and they give enough background that I don’t feel totally lost if I’m coming into a topic fresh. It’s been a really useful way for me to stay more connected to international news...

"Easy to donate, but the emails were disappointing"
Donating on theguardian.com was simple enough and didn’t take long, which I appreciated. I was a bit disappointed by how many follow-up emails started coming through afterward, though. Still glad to support them, but that part could definitely be toned down

"The headlines come across as balanced"
I’ve noticed the headlines usually have a fair, even tone, which I really appreciate. They don’t feel overly dramatic or like they’re trying to push me in one direction, so overall they come across as balanced to me.

"I read The Guardian most days..."
I read The Guardian most days, the quality is usually really strong. The articles feel properly checked, not like they’ve just been thrown together for clicks... which I appreciate. I don’t agree with every opinion piece, but that’s kind of the point — they still make me think. I also like that they cover stories other sites don’t always bother with. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Really solid investigations"
I’ve been liking their investigative pieces. They tend to catch things I don’t see covered much elsewhere, which makes them feel worth reading. It comes across honest too, like they’re not afraid to keep digging when there’s more to the story.

"Good site, but the messages get a bit much"
I enjoy reading The Guardian and check it often, but the support messages show up a little too much for me. Its not a huge deal, and I get why they do it, but it does get kinda annoying after a while.

"Always shows up right on time"
It’s kind of great knowing the paper just turns up every time. I haven’t had a missed delivery yet, which is a small thing but definitely makes my mornings easier.

"I really do like The Guardian app, and..."
I really do like The Guardian app, and most of the news alerts are genuinely helpful. But some days it feels like my phone is staging a breaking-news opera, buzzing again and again for stories I’ve already seen. It’s not the end of the world or anything, I just ended up turning a few notifications off to keep things sane. Still a solid app overall

"Usually clear, but I’m starting to get a bit frustrated"
I read The Guardian regularly, and for the most part the writing is clear and easy to follow. The news articles usually do a good job explaining things without making them feel overly complicated. That said, some of the opinion pieces can really drag on and feel a bit too wordy. I still think it’s a good site overall, but if that keeps getting worse, I could see myself reading it less or switching to other news sources.

"Good source Links, not totally Perfect"
I read The Guardian regularly, and one thing i do appreciate is that they often link out to reports, studies, or actual quotes from the people involved. It makes the articles feel a bit more grounded, like I can check where something came from instead of just taking it at face value.

That said, some older pieces could be better about showing sources clearly, and now and then the opinion articles blur the line between facts and someone's take a little too much for me. Still, compared with a lot of news sites, it feels fairly transparent overall. 4 stars.
